I provided customer service and technical support for this domain name registration company as well as quality assurance software testing, and development of customer service tools for staff members. I also employed fraud detection services to combat fraudulent credit card transactions.
2002 - 2007	Software Development, System Administration rivusglobal.com inc. - Vancouver, B.C. I provided software development services using PHP, Perl, .NET, ASP, Java, Javascript, and MySQL languages in the FreeBSD/Windows XP environment for several large scale business software and monitoring products including, iScribe, iScribe - CMS, IPChaser, and in-house solutions for database/system management. I also provided system administration services on Windows XP/Server, FreeBSD, and Redhat Linux operating systems. This includes web/database operation for a multi-user system, email SMTP managment, and general system administration tasks.

I provide and manage system administration, software development, customer service, billing service, and technical support for this webdesign and website hosting company. I provided technical support for the Customer Service Department handling various internet server and software support technical issues for end users and resellers. I moved into the programming dept, and participated on a rapidly growing programming team on which I helped to build and maintain the Fraud Department, developed various marketing promotions, and provided a large number of invaluable tools for the use of the staff.
1997 - Now	Web Designer, PHP Programmer, Networking Troubleshooting, Project Management, Graphics Artist Vancetech, - Vancouver, B.C. I am the owner and founder of this company. I provide website development, database development, graphic design, 3D animation, and troubleshooting for any kind of project including small networks, system configuration, project management, and production.
1996 - 1997	Project Coordinator, Remote Office Admin, 3D Animator Nitromedia - Toronto, CA. I provided extensive file organization for the team project and coordinated all of the project file delivery between remote offices via the Internet. I also provided the creation of a number of lesson modules for this training cd-rom that involved doing 3D animation and 2D graphic design.
1996 - 1997	3D Adventure / Role Playing Game Dragden Multimedia - California, U.S. I provided extensive file organization and file transferring for team projects and coordinated a large number of scenery shots with animation. Hired by a Californian gaming company, Dragden Studios, we assembled a team of graphics artists to create graphics for a role playing adventure / action game. Other tasks I had was to create many various RPG style icons, as well as intermediate scenery animation sequences in an entierly 3D world.
1995 - 1996	Multimedia Training CD-Rom Computer Visualization Inc. - Hawaii, U.S. I provided extensive file organization for the team project and coordinated all of the project file delivery between remote offices via the Internet. I also created a large number of 3D animation sequences intended for the instruction of AutoCAD modeling techniques and methods.
